Our Policies
Gear Drop Off
At this time, we do not require an appointment for dropping off gear. We will walk you through the process when you arrive. If its your first time, expect to spend some time setting up your account. If you have a lot of items, please be patient with us. Please only bring items you believe will sell within the 90 day period, for example, no ski gear in the summer, or river gear in the winter.
General Rules:

Eligible Items: Only clean, pet hair free, functional, and well-maintained items will be accepted for consignment. Items must meet our quality standards and fall within our inventory categories. We reserve the right to remove any product from inventory if it defective or does not meet the above criteria. All furniture must be approved before dropping off. Email pics to info@theogbv.com.

Pricing: Final pricing of consigned items will be determined by The OG based on market demand, item condition, and brand value. We reserve the right to adjust prices for optimal sales.

Payment: All consignor proceeds will remain on the consignors account indefinitely. Payments to consignors will be issued via check to be picked up or mailed within 5 days of the consignors request.

Unsold Items: Items that remain unsold after 90 days become property of the OG and we will decide their future. We currently donate to local clubs for specific sporting goods, as well as Caring and Sharing which supports our local, less fortunate community members.

Damage or Loss: While we take every precaution to protect your items. The OG is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Termination of Agreement: Consignors may terminate their consignment agreement at any time by providing written notice and retrieving their unsold items.​​


Commission Structure:​

- A 50/50 split will apply, with both the consignor and The OG retaining 50% of the final sale price.
